2. Tillämpning Dessa villkor gäller för alla köp och avtal som ingås via whisperwhite.shop, oavsett om du är privatperson (B2C) eller företag (B2B). Vid köp som företag bekräftar du att du har behörighet att ingå avtal för företagets räkning.
3. Produkter och priser Alla priser anges i SEK inklusive moms för privatpersoner. För företagskunder anges priser exklusive moms där så är tillämpligt. Vi förbehåller oss rätten att ändra priser utan föregående meddelande. Sortimentet är handplockat och limiterat – när en produkt är slutsåld kan den inte beställas igen.
4. Beställning och avtal En bindande beställning uppstår när du mottar en orderbekräftelse via e-post. Vi förbehåller oss rätten att avboka en order vid t.ex. felaktig prissättning eller lagerbrist, varvid full återbetalning sker.
5. Ångerrätt (gäller privatpersoner/B2C) Som privatperson inom EU har du rätt att ångra ditt köp inom 14 dagar från det att du mottagit varan, utan att ange något skäl. Kontakta oss på info@whisperwhite.shop för att initiera en retur. Observera att ångerrätten inte gäller för specialtillverkade eller personliga produkter.
6. Returer och reklamationer Returer hanteras enligt vår återbetalningspolicy. Reklamationer vid fel eller skada ska anmälas inom skälig tid efter att felet upptäckts. Vi följer svensk konsumentköplag och EU:s konsumentskyddsregler.
7. Leverans Leveransvillkor framgår av vår fraktpolicy. Vi ansvarar inte för förseningar orsakade av tredje part, tullar eller force majeure.
8. Betalning Betalning sker via de betalningsmetoder som erbjuds vid kassan. Vid utebliven betalning förbehåller vi oss rätten att avboka ordern.
9. Immateriella rättigheter Allt innehåll på whisperwhite.shop – inklusive bilder, texter och varumärket Whisper White – är skyddat av upphovsrätt och får inte användas utan skriftligt tillstånd.
10. Ansvarsbegränsning Whisper White ansvarar inte för indirekta skador eller följdskador. Vårt ansvar är alltid begränsat till det belopp du betalat för den aktuella ordern.
11. Tillämplig lag och tvist Dessa villkor regleras av svensk lag. Tvister ska i första hand lösas genom dialog. I andra hand kan du som konsument vända dig till Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN) på arn.se. EU:s plattform för tvistlösning online finns på ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

2. Scope These terms apply to all purchases and agreements made via whisperwhite.shop, whether you are a private individual (B2C) or a business (B2B). By purchasing as a business, you confirm that you are authorized to enter into agreements on behalf of the company.
3. Products and Prices All prices are listed in SEK including VAT for private customers. For business customers, prices may be listed excluding VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. Our range is handpicked and limited – once a product is sold out, it will not be restocked.
4. Orders and Agreement A binding order is created when you receive an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to cancel an order in cases such as incorrect pricing or stock issues, in which case a full refund will be issued.
5. Right of Withdrawal (B2C only) As a private individual within the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. Contact us at info@whisperwhite.shop to initiate a return. Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or personalized products.
6. Returns and Complaints Returns are handled in accordance with our refund policy. Complaints regarding defects or damage must be reported within a reasonable time after the defect is discovered. We comply with Swedish consumer law and EU consumer protection regulations.
7. Delivery Delivery terms are set out in our shipping policy. We are not responsible for delays caused by third parties, customs, or force majeure.
8. Payment Payment is made via the methods available at checkout. In the event of non-payment, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
9. Intellectual Property All content on whisperwhite.shop – including images, texts, and the Whisper White brand – is protected by copyright and may not be used without written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability Whisper White is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our liability is always limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.
11. Governing Law and Disputes These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes should first be resolved through dialogue. As a consumer, you may also contact the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) at arn.se. The EU's online dispute resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
